PDC Construction Services Ltd has doubled its turnover in each of the preceding 3 years.

This phenomenal growth in our commercial work has been driven by our personal, dedicated service and commitment to completing on time and budget. Our compact size enables us to keep this commitment. To achieve this, we pride ourselves on our driven and passionate management team, where everyone makes a significant difference and is highly valued and rewarded for their dedication.

We are thoroughly committed to our supply chain management. We have built up a long-standing good working relationship with our sub-contractors through good communication and a clear understanding of what we expect on any given project. They are issued with the health and safety handbook, all certificates, accreditations and insurances compiled and logged. All contractors must read and abide by our terms and conditions and all our health and safety policies. Before we embark on a working relationship with a contractor, we check their references and go to site and see them at work.

For quality assurance on products and services, our purchasing policy is to obtain value for money across all areas comparing goods and services that meet all currents British standard such as BN/EN and that trademarks are registered with the BSI. All our projects are monitored using tracker audits, these hold information regarding O&M manuals, materials used and any defects recorded returns or malfunctions of installations. Services are documented throughout the programme from mobilisation to completion.
