Commercial Refurbishment
1-5 London Wall, London
Work included lobby, stair and corridor refurbishments, high spec toilet installations, bespoke carpentry, high level decorating and leather panel cladding. These offices were in constant use during the works period, requiring extensive cleaning after each working period, which took place 6pm-6am. Works were finished on time and on budget and PDC was requested by City of London to carry out next phase of works.
The project above highlights the strict timelines and client contraints that PDC is used to working under. The works at London Wall required meticulously tight logistics due to it being a live office building.
